Kyambura Game Lodge is by far our favorite lodgings in all of Queen Elizabeth national park Uganda.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and surrounded by friends.

The scenery is unbelievable and every detail of this lodge is spectacular.

This lodge is located on the Eastern escapement of The Albertine rift valley, directly facing the magnificent Queen Elizabeth national Park with a stunning picturesque view of the Rift valley Savanna.

It has Eight beautiful independent self contained cottages, with hot shower, clean wash rooms and patio provided with a deck chair in case one wants to take pictures.

The cottages also have very big wide windows, all screened up, providing easy view of the savanna, that is most of the times littered with game.even while lying on your bed.


While in the rooms the savanna is nearer than while you are at the main shelter which is the dinning area and has a fully stocked bar.


The lodge has a very beautiful clean swimming pool that is helps cool you off, this region gets too hot at times, it is set at a vantage point also commandeering a nice view of the savanna below than you enjoy while swimming.


The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home, they provide very good service , the one on one type.


For those who don't like crowed hotel and lodges that are a characteristic of most national park and wilderness lodges, this is your ultimate place to be.

Lastly they provide alternative tourist activities, like village and community tourism with the best scenery,cultural, birding and features that will leave you mesmerized, the area has quite a number of crater lakes, dead and alive that enhance the physical beauty of the lodge's hinter land.
